At Elita Labs, we strive to dispatch orders within one working day, excluding bespoke orders and tile-specific base colours. Orders placed late on Fridays, during bank holidays, or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. We currently utilize DPD for next-day delivery. However, please note that depending on the timing of your order, delivery may take a couple of days. DPD provides a tracking service, and if you supply a valid email address or phone number during checkout, you will receive tracking information directly from them. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that factors beyond our control may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to allow reasonable time for your package to arrive. Feel free to modify any part or let me know if you need further adjustments!

Refunds and Returns

You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your product to return it for a full refund if it is faulty. Important: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items are not in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories. For returns due to change of mind, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method. While you are responsible for return shipping costs, we will refund the initial shipping cost incurred at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Elita Club Membership Refund Policy
At Elita Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your membership. We offer a 14-day cooling-off period to ensure you have ample time to consider your decision.
